One of our most current herd sires includes a white ram we
call Spot, who was a high placing ram at the Midwest Stud
Ram Sale in 2006. He is Hamp influenced and has a lot of
thickness and style with a good chest floor. We think he
will cross very well with our “Romeo” daughters and are
anxious to see his first lambs this spring.
An exciting addition to our ram battery this year is
Ellerbrock 8052. This April 2007 born ram is sired by
Sedalia Miller and out of a Power Dunk ewe. We selected this
ram for his tall front and clean chest floor. We think he
will add a unique piece to our genetics. Watch for his lambs
in April 2008!
Of course this page would not be complete without a tribute
to “Romeo.”
Most unfortunately, we lost “Romeo” in the
spring of ’07. He was a Slack bred grandson of “Total
Blast.”
We have retained many “Romeo” daughters in our flock
and are using his most promising sons.
